Art+Tax has always had the singular goal of helping artists focus and be fruitful in the creation of their work. In the beginning, 2017, that meant producing and curating exhibits and art shows; taking the legwork and admin out of the process, and allowing creators to simply create.
Now, amidst a pandemic and a rapidly changing world and market, the goal remains the same as the methods shift. Art+Tax still exists to assist. We're here to represent the interests of artists in a way they can rely on and trust, help them bring their work to their audience, provide space in new ways, and help art lovers bring pieces they truly love into their spaces as well.
Our virtual reality space, The URL Gallery designed by Zoe Oborne, is an accessible way for artists to show their work in a fully rendered space at a fraction of the cost. Templates for use of this space are available via our request form, and the space is fully customizable upon request and availability.
Virtual assistance is another of our services, currently nearing its August launch. The PlusTax Program aims to alleviate artists' task loads by taking on administrative tasks such as email, scheduling, e-commerce, client/collector and public relations, social media etc.
The Art+Tax Print Shop is set to be the heart of our organization, giving artists access to printing resources within the community, that serve their specific needs and understand their practice. If you would like to help with our goal, become a donor here.
